Politics may not technically require hose for the role or office, those who work in Washington D.C. still remains pretty prevalent with pantyhose worn in offices. They may be one of the last upholders of formal attire in the country. The tights are known to be all over the place during the winter, with the main contributing factor is they wear skirts all the time for work. That little extra layer adds a bit more comfort and heat in the December months.
